How soon does somebody need to act?
Describe it
Say what you saw, where, and roughly when. Do not say whether it broke a rule — that is the adjudicator's job, and a report that sticks to what happened is the one that stands up later.
Does this involve one of the coalition's own members?
Only if the report is about a member party. Naming one keeps the report away from them — they will see that it happened, never who filed it.
A photograph, if you have one and it is safe to take
Your safety first. Do not photograph anyone who is threatening you. The report stands without a picture.
Once sent it cannot be edited. If you remember more, add a note to it afterwards — both are kept.
Which ballot?
Photograph the slip
- The whole slip in frame — all four corners, nothing cut off.
- Flat — no folds or curl across the numbers.
- Every number readable — if you cannot read it on this screen, nor can we.
- Stand square to the slip. Avoid your own shadow and the flash glare.

Work down the slip in the order the parties are printed on it. Search for the party, key its votes, then press Add.
